I sent over 200 applications. I got rejected so many times I grew thick skin. For a long time, I kept blaming my course of study. The mindset that an Anatomist cannot find a good job in Nigeria shaped everything about how I approached applications.

Then at my first physical interview, one of the interviewers asked why I was so confident. I was screaming inside. But that moment changed something for me. I realized I could shape how people saw me, and that no one really cares what you studied. What matters is how you communicate your worth.

I started tailoring my CV properly. I applied to every role even when I did not match the requirements. I just needed the chance of an interview to prove what I could do. Eventually I secured multiple job offers, without connections or expensive coaching.
